An old flat in Pisa now shines after a complete renovation. Multiple rooms have been changed in order to connect the kitchen with the living room thanks to the creation of a big passage in the structural masonry, leaving space even for a second complete bathroom.

The design of the kitchen is the key of the new space concept since its peninsula bar is planned to create a screen toward the living without closing completely the space and light. Plasterboard has been largely used in the living to minimize furnitures and to give a fresh and bright vision of the room.

New floor tiling and a brand new AC system complete the image of this apartment.
